In 2009 Barnfield Contractors UK Limited changed the format of the annual accounts. This move saw the end of detailed accounts for the company. To continue I had to shift from Barnfield Contracts UK Limited to Barnfield Construction Limited.

That said, from the information gathered up to 2008, we can still see the agenda of such organisations as Barnfield which act as a Credit trap for all local construction and property purchases and development. This is achieved by holding the local Councils to heel through the guarantee they offer organisations such as Globe Enterprises Limited, for their debt.

Control
The immediate parent company for Barnfield Construction Limited, is Barnfield Nelson Limited, the ultimate parent company is Barnfield Group Limited. The ultimate controlling parties are T.J.H. Webber, MBE, Mrs S. Webber and their Sons, James and Jonathan, by virtue of their shareholding in the issued share capitol of the ultimate parent company.[27]

Webber as a member of the British Empire is a Crown operative.

Fundamental to understanding how this web operates you first have to understand the difference between Trade and Commerce and then apply the method as the difference between a representative Council and an Incorporated Council. This is achieved by studying the following interpretation of the shift in Jurisdiction of governments.

When A Government Becomes A Corporation, What You Need To Know

Basically what is going on, is the Incorporated Crown through corporate entities, is Legally scooping up all enterprise unto itself through becoming the Creditor to local enterprise with huge strings attached through contract. The Incorporated Council and government then legislate rules which prevent private enterprise by the Public, this is achieved through high taxation and health and safety, in sync with the banks not lending, leaving only the incorporated networks, such as Barnfield, to access funds and credit. If ever an example of what Rome the Empire carried out through its military arm the Knights Templar, Barnfield more than satisfies.

When control over the Council is achieved the Barnfield network then offers Directorships to the chosen Councillors who will then enforce the agenda of the corporate within the Council, while remaining in the ‘Act’, that they are indeed representing the Public. See Conflict of Interest below as relates to Barnfield Hyndburn Limited.

Organisations such as Barnfield, exist in all arenas of commerce, once they are found, with only a little effort and research, the web is revealed.

The rise of Barnfield came at the expense of local businessmen who would contract with Barnfield on their many projects only to be thrown to the wall when it came to onetime payments. Barnfield is a monster that eats all competition by bankrupting them. Travis Perkins is another MI5 operation that bankrupts small business through compound interest, backed by the Maritime Courts.

The following profile is the blueprint on how the strategy of the parasite that is Commerce,  removes Trade, Exchange and Barter, as an unobstructed right for the Public. In essence, the Crown and all its agents, are placing a Burden upon the Public for which it is liable. To limit the capacity of any Man is Unlawful on these lands, it is a Trespass.

Note the original address as Tavistock Square, The Tavistock controls Social Engineering which if you have ever lived in a new development by Barnfield, through its many subsidiaries, mixing race and fascist communities is what they are all about developing, backed by the Incorporated Council’s and Constabularies.

In 2013 Barnfield entered into education and healthcare.[27]

Anthony R.M. Dobson offers you an example of the difference between Debtor Account and Creditor Account when on 27 May 2007, he changed his date of Birth for the Directorship records. What he shows you is the shift from his government allocated Birth Certificate, which has his actual arrival date into this world on it, and because the split title was created by the government, is therefore owned by the government, as he shifts to the registration date and entry of the Live Birth Record, the Creditor Account, which is created by your father and mother, and therefore the one you own when you claim it at the age of 21, or as is the case with Anthony, when you join the secret societies run by Israel, who have nicked our entire realm for themselves and their pawns. From the highlighted text above we can see how the incorporation of Civil Services, especially the government itself, opens the door for private companies to hold the councils in debt and thus under control. Barnfield Construction Limited as a subsidiary of Barnfield Contracts UK Limited, has become the creditor to local secret society members. Without going to the banks for Credit, all transactions are of a private nature, this creates the platform under which the profits are privatised and the debts become socialised.

What that means in plain English is that all profits generated within the domestic civil system, which by right should remain in the British economy, are removed into private hands and in many cases, into the slush funds in the Offshore Accounts. Any and all debts accrued are shifted onto the taxpayer, in this case through Globe Enterprises Limited, the Council, with one-third share, secures the debt on behalf of the Public. I call that at misuse of Public Funds.[A]

I would also ask you take note of the original operational address at 7-12 Tavistock Square. The Tavistock is the head of social engineering and through the Chatham House Jurisdiction, Tavistock also oversees the incorporation of land and property into the Jurisdiction of Maritime Law, removing it from the Realm carried out through the Secret Society network under the Scottish Rite Speculative protocol. The company Barnfield Contracts UK Limited would change to Barnfield Holdings Limited along with a change of address and new chairman Brian Neal in 2004. From this point its connection to the Tavistock removed.
The company Barnfield Contracts UK Limited would continue to operate in the background.

From the above document of incorporation we learn the parameters under which Barnfield will operate as a Holding Company, it is worth the read to fully understand its actions in real time.

Barnfield has purchased by hook and by crook, a huge proportion of land and properties in Lancashire. They are directly responsible for installing the Traveller networks, first to open rat runs for criminal activity, second, to remove all the scrap in readiness to affect the coming financial crash to ensure the public have nothing to trade with, and thirdly, to have the trees cut down in readiness for there 5G platform without any issues being raised as to the number of trees being culled because the Irish Travellers carry it out.

Barnfield Construction has to be understood as a physical representation of Military Intelligence 5 (MI5), securing land and property for the Incorporated Crown.

Barnfield Construction with the full cooperation of AMS Neve owners, James Stuart and Irene Nevison, dictate terms to Hyndburn Council as the two third shareholders of Globe Enterprises.[A]
