Barack Obama Tapi and the 911 Timeline

Barack Obama Tapi and the 911 Timeline

Upon learning of the immense natural gas fields being discovered in Turkmenistan, Central Asia, the Illuminati, using everything at their disposal, established a 50-year timetable to exploit the fields. I suggest that they even took the trouble to engineer a politician who would preside over the final years of the project. Here is a timeline of the plan to fuel China for the next hundred years.

Timeline

1826 to 1929 : Barakzai dynasty (Translation of Barakzai: sons of Barak) ruled Afghanistan.
Barakzai is a common ethnic name among the Pashtuns of Afghanistan and Pakistan, meaning “son of Barak” in the Pashto language. Barakzai may also be the name of a Baloch tribe in Iran. There are seven distinct Pashtun tribes named Barakzai, with the Zīrak branch of the Abdal Tareen, Bor Tareen, Tareen. The Durrani is being the most important and largest tribe with over 4 million people.

In this capacity he acted for the “Seven Sisters“, the leading multinational oil companies, including Exxon, in their initial confrontations with the nationalisation movement in Libya—as well as negotiations with Saudi Arabia and OPEC. Because of his stature in the legal world and his long association with the Rockefellers, and as a presidential adviser, he was sometimes referred to as the “Chairman of the American Establishment.”

1946 to 1949 : McCloy named a trustee of the Rockefeller Foundation.

1972–1974 : Exploratory wells confirmed existence of natural gas reserves.

1972 : Khalilzad meets Cheryl Benard, when they were both students at the American University of Beirut. (Benard has an entry in the Internet Movie Database from her work as a child actor in German movies.) http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0070194/

What was a German Jewish girl, born in New Orleans, doing at the American University in Beirut? Zalmay Khalilzad is long been known as a Zionist poodle. His wife Dr. Cheryl Benard, the Austrian-Jewish woman is senior policy adviser at Ziocons think tank RAND. ZK’s role model is Fouad Ajami and this guy has some funny Persian/Afghani accent. He most likely recruited Zalmay & Cheryl for the Mossad. “Wherever you dig in Lebanon you find a spy,” political science Professor Hilal Khashan of the American University of Beirut was quoted as saying by The Media Line, a regional news portal.

1990s : The roots of TAPI project lie in the involvement of international oil companies in Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan beginning of 1990s. As Russia, who controlled all export pipelines of these countries, consistently refusing to allow the use of its pipeline network, these companies needed an independent export route avoiding both Iran and Russia.

1992 : Bridas secured its first large-scale contract (gas exploration rights in Turkmenistan).

1993 – 2000 : Khalilzad was the Director of the Strategy, Doctrine, and Force Structure at the RAND Corporation. During this time, he helped found RAND’s Centre for Middle Eastern Studies as well as “Strategic Appraisal,” a periodic RAND publication. He also authored several influential monographs, including “The United States and a Rising China. (The wife of Khalilzad is jewish and her surname is Bernard, she works for Rand Corporation.)

While at RAND, Khalilzad also had a brief stint consulting for Cambridge Energy Research Associates, which at the time was conducting a risk analysis for Unocal, now part of Chevron, for a proposed 1,400 km (890 mile), $2-billion, 622 m³/s (22,000 ft³/s) Trans-Afghanistan gas pipeline project which would have extended from Turkmenistan to Afghanistan and further proceeding to Pakistan.

1995 : Inaugural memorandum of understanding between the governments of Turkmenistan and Pakistan for a pipeline project was signed. The Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline (TAP or TAPI) is a proposed natural gas pipeline being developed by the Asian Development Bank. The project was promoted by Argentinian company Bridas Corporation. The U.S. company Unocal, in conjunction with the Saudi oil company Delta, promoted alternative project without Bridas’ involvement. On 21 October 1995, these two companies signed a separate agreement with Turkmenistan’s president Saparmurat Niyazov.

1998 :  On 7 August 1998, American embassies in Nairobi and Dar es Salaam were bombed under the direction of Osama bin Laden, and all pipeline negotiations halted, as the Taliban’s leader, Mohammad Omar, announced that Osama bin Laden had the Taliban’s support. Unocal withdrew from the consortium on 8 December 1998, and soon after closed its offices in Afghanistan and Pakistan. http://tvnewslies.org/html/bin_laden_ties.html

2001- 9/10 U.S. sends troops to Afghanistan.

2001-9/11- Orchestrated terror attacks on U.S. soil, WTC destroyed. Finger-pointing to Osama bin Laden supposedly in Afghanistan gains American popular support for “War On Terror” to neutralise Afghanistan and pave the way for TAPI. Mossad agents arrested and released after taping and mocking destruction of WTC.

In 2005, the Asian Development Bank submitted the final version of a feasibility study designed by British company Penspen. ‘Since the US-led offensive that ousted the Taliban from power,’ reported Forbes in 2005, “the project has been revived and drawn strong US support” as it would allow the Central Asian republics to export energy to Western markets “without relying on Russian routes”. Then-US Ambassador to Turkmenistan Ann Jacobsen noted that: “We are seriously looking at the project, and it is quite possible that American companies will join it.” Due to increasing instability, the project has essentially stalled; construction of the Turkmen part was supposed to start in 2006, but the overall feasibility is questionable since the southern part of the Afghan section runs through territory which continues to be under de facto Taliban control.

2006 : Discovery of huge gas field announced. The discovery of the gas field was announced on November 2, 2006. Late Turkmen president Saparmurat Niyazov invited Chinese CNPC and Turkish Çalik Enerji to participate in the exploration and development of the Ýolöten field.

2006 : Bulgheroni indicated interest in Bridas’ involvement with the Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline project, which continued to be hampered by the ongoing war in the Central Asian nation.

2006 : Bridas and BP’s joint venture, Pan-American Energy, purchased Houston-based Allis-Chalmers. The company sold its 40% stake therein and other assets, totalling an estimated US $5 billion (around half the company’s total), in 2005 to China National Petroleum,[3] in a bid to gain greater access to the growing Chinese energy market.[6]

2007-2009 : Zalmay Khalilzad serves as U.S. Ambassador to the United Nations under George W. Bush.

In 2008, the Yolotan or Iolotan gas field was audited by Gaffney, Cline & Associates. According to Gaffney, Cline and Associates (GCA), Yolotan is five times larger than Dauletabad and fourth or fifth largest gas field in the world.

2008 : April 24, Pakistan, India and Afghanistan signed a framework agreement to buy natural gas from Turkmenistan.

2010 : March: Bridas Corporation is 50% owned by China National Offshore Oil Corporation.
2010 : November 28, it was announced that Bridas would acquire the 60% interest in Pan American Energy it didn’t already own from British Petroleum for $7.06 billion in cash (cash deposit of $3.53 billion). The main reason for BP selling it is to raise money to cover costs associated with the Gulf of Mexico oil spill (the divesture brings the value of assets sold by BP to $21 billion since the oil spill).

2010 – As a result of the Gulf Oil spill, BP sells TAPI contract back to Brindas Corp.

2010 : The intergovernmental agreement on the pipeline was signed on 11 December 2010 in Ashgabat.

2011 : May 1st, Barack Obama issues order to kill the bogeyman of 9/11,Osama bin Laden.
