Private Intelligence side-stepping into a Position of Power domestically.

Digging into the reach of the security company G4S, we find a very interesting operation presented as a subsidiary called, Wackenhut & Co. The MO of Wackenhut appears to be the blueprint for the script of private security throughout Britain, under the corporate realm’s dictate controlled by Commerce, supported up to government and ultimately the Crown.

This is the situation to be found in whichever country you care to look should it be bound to the yoke of the Bank for International Settlements, itself the fund set fourth by the slave trading portfolios, held in the Central Banks before and after the First World War, when bankrupt nations caught up in the slaughter, went cap in hand for the credit to rebuild, with disastrous effects on their economies because of the contracted socialist programmes being spat out under the umbrella of capitalism. In essence such mayhem was capitalised by the bankers giving the power to create financial fiasco at whim, ultimately ending in the bankruptcy declarations of 1933.  When A Government Becomes A Corporation, What You Need To Know

The shear size of the Wackenhut script, today found to be that of all private domestic security in force as I write, has to be taken seriously as nothing other than the introduction of the banking realm’s social model, a model through which State Capture by the corporate interests is supported by what amounts to a legion of Goons acting in the manner of cash collection from the populations unto the corporate banking cartel, the BIS, its World Bank and the International Monetary Fund thereof. Administered by such operations as Goldman Sachs, as can be seen in the current takeover of the European Union, with Sachs players at the helm in Greece, Italy, and the European Central Bank, this method is the basic means by which the private realm is able to syphon taxpayers cash from the economy to be lost in the world of cyberspace and offshores, the system to be found active in all nations operating the Central Bank financial system with Fiat Currency issued by the private banking cartel.

If you are going to revive the Feudal System, you also need a new Aristocracy to administer the system, the two go together and today have a clear Zionist thesis based in the Talmud and its most famous deception that is the Scofield Biblical  protected in the network Freemasonry. In what is a clear wackenhut strategy found in an ever expanding domestic private security arena, it stands to all reason the new aristocracy will require a multi-tier system of enforcement, a control network not bound by any constitutional restraints, which constrain the powers of the state in its claims against the people and state itself. The answer comes in the form of statutory rules and legislation.

It is under such statute command that all domestic and indeed military structures are heading to become the slaves of the corporate realm, in spite of the people they are commissioned under oath to protect. With this in mind Wackenhut is an essential ingredient and needs to be included when pulling together the network that is private security.

Wackenhut

G4S Secure Solutions (USA) is a private security company, founded as The Wackenhut Corporation in 1954, in Coral Gables, Florida, by George Wackenhut and three partners (all former FBI agents).
In 2002 the company was acquired for $570 million by Danish corporation Group 4 Falck (itself then merged to form British company G4S in 2004).[1] In 2010, G4S Wackenhut changed its name to G4S Secure Solutions (USA) to reflect the new business model.[2] [3]

George Wackenhut took sole control of the company in 1958 then, naming it after himself. By 1964, he had contracts to guard the Kennedy Space Center and the US Atomic Energy Commission’s nuclear test site in Nevada. The following year, he took his company public.

In the mid-60s, Florida Governor Claude Kirk commissioned the Wackenhut Corporation to help fight a war on organised crime awarding the company a $500,000 contract. The commission lasted about a year but led to more than 80 criminal indictments, including many for local politicians and government employees.[4] Following the murder of a British tourist at a rest stop in 1993, Florida contracted with Wackenhut to provide security at all state rest stops.

Wackenhut is expert in security for government agencies, as such as a strategy, it is a high level command structure directly trained to the mechanics of government, becoming a clone government agency while existing as a private corporation.

I would now aim to present the backdrop on which further study of this seriously sinister company may be most beneficial in understanding the capacity of Wackenhut when presented against its British counterpart and what is today the British arm of G4S, the company Securicor. What G4S has become though presented as a British takeover of the American Wackenhut, may not be the real position of today’s G4s. Before we look further into the history of Wackenhut, I would offer insight gained in the investigation of what became known as the Dutroux Affair in Belgium, specifically information relating to the cooperative grouping of both private and NATO intelligence operations acting in unison during conflict and in the aftermath as NATO ensures control of a more covert nature as the violence subsides.

In the Beyond Dutroux article, a low-profile private intelligence firm with the name European Institute of Management (EIM) was discussed. It seemed to be a continuation of the private PIO intelligence group ran by Vanden Boeynants, Baron de Bonvoisin, and General Roman. They gave orders to Major Bougerol and the underground fascist militia leaders Francis Dossogne and Paul Latinus. DIA, DEA, undoubtedly CIA, NATO’s stay-behind, and Wackenhut connections were all over the place. This group was basically in the business of running drugs and arms for the international war against communism part of which was exposed as the Contra affair. In this process they also tried to subvert the Belgian State in an effort to keep it as friendly to this cabal as possible. Proven methods appear to have been assassinations, false-flag terrorism, and maybe the most important,large-scale paedophile entrapment operations.

Given the whole Dutroux scandal threatened to bring down the Belgian government, implicating some seriously high level family names, along with many members of some of Europe’s most revered religious and military orders, then the whole Dutroux Affair could well have been that very act which forced the whole European Union into the hands of military intelligence in the subjugation of Belgium, possibly in order to move the new EU/UN central office to Copenhagen. When one looks at the 3000 lobby groups pushing policy within the EU, we find the military connected ARK programme (Absolute Return for Kids) dictating policy to the entire European Commission. Absolute Return for Kids,[5] is yet another expression of the military hedge fund financier level of the global military governance under the Giant Serco Group and its private civil government[6] to whom many current elected governments are contracting Serco as outsource providers while also paying huge consultancy fees in order the civil system operate in a manner that satisfies all guidelines issued by the outsource contractors, completing a move the corporate realm calls State Capture  leaving the intelligence operations as overlord to the elected domestic structure.[7] ARK is also connected to the European Institute of Management and currently appear to be heavily involved in forming Adoption policy after utilising Eastern European countries as training grounds via such charitable trusts as Hope and Homes,[8] for which ARK was a huge financial supporter.[9] The relationship between ARK and Hope and Homes appears to be continuing as ARK and its partner Hope and Homes push into Bulgaria and Romania :
With a team in Bulgaria and its partner Hope and Homes for Children in Romania, ARK provides programme management, targeted capacity building and infrastructure support to local government to support the closure of institutions, the reintegration of children with their biological parents or extended family, and the development of adoption, foster-care and small scale residential services in the two countries.[10]

The coalition government under David Cameron is moving to change the rules when it comes to Adoption and the Fostering of children in Britain,[11] changes which include huge outsource costs to the British taxpayer to the tune of £700 per week per child, to private social care operations[12] who in turn pull in those on benefits looking for a way out of the Work Programmes or for children coming of age beholden to parents involved in these networks and you have a taxpayer funded social network in the position of slave to serve the interests of such corporate operations as ARK, Serco,[6] Interserve, Wackenhut, Hakluyt, G4S[13] and all arms of the Military Industrial Complex acting as outsource providers which operate not to law, but to Statutes. In Britain the over-soul to this military doctrine comes in the form of the Contingency Act 2004.[14] It is this facade of corporate rules which hands all power of attorney to what are private corporate operations acting for the International Banking Cartel, the Committee of 300.[15] In Britain such statutes carry no weight of law unless consent is achieved from the victim that they agree to be governed by a set of rules as if the power of law.[16]

Services offered by security companies include : permanent guarding service, security officers, manned security, disaster response, emergency services, control room monitoring, armed security, unarmed security, special event security, security patrols, reception/concierge service, access control, emergency medical technicians (EMT) service, ambassador service.

Like all security companies, they target sectors such as : Energy, Utilities, and Chemical/Petrochemical, Financial Institutions, Government, Hospitals and Healthcare Facilities, Major Corporates, Industrials & Construction, Ports and Airports, Residential Communities, Retail and Commercial Real Estate, Transit Systems. They are today moving into schools as our education system becomes the sole playground of private Academies.

Having expanded into providing food services for US prisons in the 1960s, Wackenhut in 1984 launched a subsidiary to design and manage jails and detention centres for the burgeoning private prison market. See Also : 5 Links Between Higher Education and the Prison Industry

Wackenhut then became the nation’s second largest for-profit prison operator.

In April 1999, the state of Louisiana took over the running of Wackenhut’s 15-month-old juvenile prison after the US Justice Department accused Wackenhut of subjecting its young inmates to excessive abuse and neglect. [17] US journalist Gregory Palast commented on the case: New Mexico’s privately operated prisons are filled with America’s impoverished, violent outcasts and those are the guards. [18] He catalogued lax background checks before hiring guards, which led to several alleged cases of guards physically and sexually abusing inmates. In the US, Wackenhut has appeared in the federal courts 62 times since 1999, largely resulting from prisoners claims of human rights abuses.[18] The company has been accused of trying to maximise profits in its private prisons at the expense of drug rehabilitation, counselling and literacy programs. In 1995 Wackenhut was investigated for diverting $700,000 intended for drug treatment programs at a Texas prison.

The GEO Group, Inc. now runs former Wackenhut facilities in 14 states, as well as in South Africa and Australia. Some facilities, such as the Wackenhut Corrections Centres in New York, retain the Wackenhut name despite no longer having any open connection with the company.
In 2003, GEO Group changed from a corporate subsidy (WCC) into a fully independent company from Wackenhut.[19]

Given the seemingly limitless abilities of Wackenhut rumours that the company was in the employ of the Central Intelligence Agency, particularly in the 1960s, remain unsubstantiated, but Wackenhut, who was obsessive about high-tech security gadgets in his private life, did not discourage the suggestion. In 1991, a US House of Representatives committee investigated charges that a Wackenhut executive, working for a consortium of oil companies, illegally spied on whistleblower, and former independent oil executive Chuck Hamel, exposing environmental damage caused by the Exxon Valdez oil spill.[20][21]
Wackenhut as an entity provides services for which the giant Serco Group Plc[6] requires in order its own private civil government can function in the manner of the existing nation state, picking up groupings of private intelligence the likes of Capita, Interserve, G4s and all other private intelligence cells operating under the contingency and resilience doctrines, ready to act against all domestic populations.

 

Conclusion
In Britain the term G4S and all its insignia brings fourth thoughts of the British company Securicor. With only a brief look into a world in which security has become the prime motive for all life, then what G4S does today is pretty much everything the American company Wackenhut specialised in. Today G4S has made its own mark within the services they provided in the field of security. G4S is perhaps more Wackenhut than it ever was Securicor, more than that, we also find what appears to be a carbon copy of the G4S service base, is also to be found in the giants such as Serco Group Plc, Capita Group Plc, and the likes of Interserve and all Utility Companies,[22] this has to be an issue at the top of the list as ‘in the public interest’.

As more and more of our state services are railroaded into the private arena of the charitable trust and thus into the hands of the charities corporate masters, we can see its agenda, we can see a strategy which positions the taxpayers paying more, while in receipt of less and less service, while giving the corporate realm full and complete control over the civil departments through the health & safety criteria they must comply with, in order to gain insurance bla bla bla.the consequence of which leaves the civil system complying with all statutory regulation supplied by the corporate providers, while preventing any idea of service to the taxpayer and obedience to the law of the land as a mandate to which they must subscribe.[23]

Under this networked control grid, slave as it is to the statute god, the corporate realm not only merges with the state system, it takes full and complete control via the issuance of the guidelines under which both contracting parties must submit consent, it takes everything out of the sovereign realm and places it within the statute realm, the former serves the people and the domestic system and interests, the latter serves only profit which then determines the winner and the loser based entirely within the parameters of, he who hath the biggest wad is the victor because with profit as king any idea of rights for the human fly out the window, and in claiming a statute to be law, all outcomes in favour of the corporate would be so gained under deception and misrepresentation.[24]

I believe positioning private intelligence above and beyond any sovereign and constitutional offices dealing with security and defence, will bring about only one conclusion, a force of such might in the hands of private investors, will be used to subdue the populations as they rebel against slavery and corruption of their nations.
