In a recent paper I brought to your attention the fact that an Israeli company had taken charge of policing in Lancashire, the company in question is, NICE LTD.

At the end of the presentation in video format I raised another company of interest when it comes to law enforcement in Lancashire, the company in question is LANPAC Limited, The Lancashire Partnership Against Crime Limited. We shall now expand the grammar in all things Lancashire Constabulary by taking a closer look at he Lancashire Partnership Against Crime Limited.

Incorporated in 1997, what was a small operation began to spin its web of intelligence gathering directly into the local communities, this was achieved through the offering of grants and donations to your cause or club, so long as you satisfied the furtherance of LANPAC and its vision.

If you wish to understand how the fascist networks take seat in your communities, the following paper gives insight to that very mechanic.

We will look through the full account documents filed from 1997 up to 2020, not that they present full accounts for each year, but we do get a concise view of the important factors, mainly, who are the Directors/Trustees, the backers, and then to see the web as it grows, seen in the operations they choose to offer grants and donations and those they establish directly.
