This is a serious company pumping serious oil, yet certainly not the end of their ambitions :

Environment
Since 1933, Hess has been committed to delivering reliable energy supplies while forming long-standing relationships built on trust. Today, Hess is a provider of oil, natural gas, and electricity to commercial and industrial business customers. Hess is also proud to offer our green suite which includes products such as Demand Response, C-Neutral, and renewable energy certificates. Our customers have the confidence that Hess continues to be a strong energy company and is positioned to continue to satisfy their needs well into the future.

Issuing Carbon Certificates…for the environment…. That means carbon taxes thrust upon business in turn thrust upon every individual. Hess also promotes the very dangerous mercury filled energy lightbulbs recently made law in the EU as the only choice for consumers, the normal bulbs without mercury, banned for import. Big New World Order operation also donating to John McCain.

911 Commission And Hess  :
The 911 Commission Chairman, Thomas Keane, was the chairman of the Amerada Hess, and as a board member involved in the Caspian Basin Investment Club would most likely have gladly ignored the truth, I base that on the fact the commission report was garbage, based on garbage.

Equatorial Guinea :
Equatorial Guinea…[is] the fourth largest oil-producer in sub-Saharan Africa. ExxonMobil, Hess and Marathon are all there… Under [Teodoro Obiang Nguema], Equatorial Guinea basically has no free press, no independent judiciary, or independent civil society. And torture, arbitrary detentions, and corruption are rife… the US State Department, the International Monetary Fund, and others have repeatedly noted that the government of Equatorial Guinea doesn’t spend enough money on its own people. The people of the country have a per capita income comparable to Spain or Italy and development indicators more like Afghanistan.
