Before we look at the warnings given by Vladimir Putin we must consider that the cabal of monopolist’s that have controlled much of the West for at least 500 years, shifted the western industrial and manufacturing complex to China and India. The rise of China, which is a banking construct paid for by the western taxpayer, is not some form of divine justice, it is the new global power for the same banking cabal we are becoming aware of today.

China has openly offered Russia a military alliance against NATO, yet China is controlled by the same cabal that is strangling the West and controls NATO.

Russia prevented the banking cabal from creating a United States of Europe during the early 19th century, In what was the Congress of Vienna, September 1814. During this congress the wishes of the front for the cabal, the House of Rothschild, were thwarted in no uncertain terms by Alexander I of Russia.

The reason for the Congress of Vienna, was an attempt by the Rothschilds to create an early form of world government over the West in the forced use of the money they controlled, to give them complete political control over much of the civilised world.

Many of the European governments were in debt to the Rothschilds, so they determined they could use that as a bargaining tool. However the Tsar Alexander I of Russia, who had not succumbed to a Rothschild central bank, would not go along with the plan, so the Rothschild world government plan failed.

Enraged by this, Nathan Mayer Rothschild swore that someday he or his descendants would destroy Tsar Alexander I’s entire family and his descendants. Unfortunately he was true to his word and 102 years later the Rothschild funded Bolsheviks would act upon that promise.

Russia played a large role during the American move to independence from the banking cabal in 1775, 39 years before they rescued Europe,  

Russia once again acted for freedom during the American Civil War when they prevented Britain and France, two nations held within the yoke of the cabal, from aggressively intervening in the conflict. The Russian-American relationship became a strong bond in the seeking of freedom in the times of the Crimean War, but we must consider always that the prime motive of this relationship was in seeking the freedom from private banking.

With such historical facts before us we must consider that something good and beneficial, not to nation alone, appears to rise from the great bear as the cabal makes huge moves against our rights and freedoms, the question we must ask of ourselves, is, Vladimir Putin, is he speaking the truth or is he playing a role?
