Roman Tribunal overseeing False Judgement
In western civilisation nations are governed by the canon law administered by the Vatican as an arm of Rome. The Holy See is the supreme head of the Roman Empire and is controlled by bloodlines that became the priesthood under King Cyrus. At what point this takeover took place is debatable but a study of the Byzantine elites does suggest that they are cause of the initial undermining of the Vatican canon law. One thing is clear, that from 909AD the Carolingian warrior clans became the Monastic system in Burgundy, this is the point at which the canon was overturned in relation to land ownership which under the original Benedictine doctrine, forbade the Church to own land, that the land was held in common to ensure its use by all those in any particular area. This was the basis of Celtic Christianity under the leadership in England and Ireland. This included woodlands and forests and still today remains the backdrop to English land law.[1] The Carolingians reversed the Benedictine doctrine and awarded themselves full and complete ownership of land, minerals, property and precious metals. Thus the canon would be shifted from the thesis born of the Gospel into a commercial enterprise, the Vatican would become embroiled in Usury and from the initial changes to Title under the Byzantine Justinian, a path in which the flock became the property of their own gathering, or Church, this would manifest as a yoke for all man who now became Person.
Around 15 years or so ago I wrote an essay presenting the idea that the Carolingian’s were in fact the bastard offspring to the Merovingian clans that used subversion and all out warfare against the families from which they were outcast. There is nothing better than jealousy to get an army going especially when the targets hold wealth for the share. From the Middle Ages the agnatic seniority primogeniture system that excludes any female from inheritance of a monarch’s principal possessions became an application of the “Salic law” (see Terra saliva). This rule developed among successions in France in the later Middle Ages. This would add to the burgeoning bastard army already embedded in the Monasteries as a bunch of disgruntled aristocrats became the enemy of established horizontal kingship aristocracy, made up of the sons beneath the eldest who would inherit nothing of the estate.
The original canon operated in line with the horizontal kingship system of monarchy, the antagonist to the Vatican is naturally made up of the armies of the disgruntled siblings. The question thus raised…what is controlling these armies?
The Roman Rota is the highest tribunal of judgement over societies tied to the body of law administered by the Vatican. It is the Ecclesiastical jurisdiction recognised in the Title recorded with only the Christian names, there is no Surname incorporated with the Christian names in this record :
The Roman Rota is made up of selected priests that operate as judges and auditors who then claim to have the highest authority over all truths and morality within the Roman Ecclesiastical system. This is correct as relates to Person, however in England there is a higher jurisdiction of man as derived from the word of god and thus Biblical. Systems formed based in English law also have this higher jurisdiction. This is the reason the Jesuits and their commanding bloodlines despise Protestantism, it positions the elect in a higher jurisdiction than the system of Rome. But through Freemasonry the Jesuit has managed to shift what was a stonemasons guild into a Talmudic and Luciferian cult, known only when you reach the 7th Degree York Rite and at the 21st Degree they are denoted as Noahide Judges.
Like all secret societies and knightly orders, the outer portico takes oaths acceptable to those not of a psychopathic nature and is based on the first Title derived from Rome. The inner sanctum take a blood oath which cleaves your flesh and blood to the order in question, and for those contemplating such you must fully understand the absolutism of such a decision as only death fulfils that oath. The former can easily be undone but the latter commits a man or woman until death takes the flesh and the blood back to the earth.
The Holy See controls the Vatican which like the Inner City of London, or, the Crown Temple, and Washington D.C. is a Legal Instrument commanded by the Holy See. This was achieved via The Lateran Treaty and was one component agreement that made up the Lateran Pacts of 1929, the agreements made in 1929 between the Kingdom of Italy and the Holy See settled the “Roman Question”. The treaty and associated pacts are named after the Lateran Palace, where they were signed on 11 February 1929. The Italian parliament ratified them on 7 June 1929. The Lateran Treaty recognised Vatican City as an independent state under the sovereignty of the Holy See. The Italian government, at the time led by Benito Mussolini as prime minister, also agreed to give the Roman Catholic Church financial compensation for the loss of the Papal States.[2] In 1947, the Lateran Treaty was recognised in the Constitution of Italy[3] as regulating the relations between the state and the Catholic Church.
The second change to the Vatican on the back of the Lateran Treaty system of canon law would be achieved with the implementation of the Jesuit platform known as Vatican II, the Second Vatican Council back in 1963.
A third change to Vatican doctrine came in 1965 and the Nostra Aetate, formulated during the Second Council meetings on the problems posed for the Church in connection with how the Church perceived the Jews. From this change the Noahide platform is being squeezed in as the overriding body of law, the insanity of this change is that the Noahide classes Christianity as Idolatry, it intends to ban the Gospel. The sentence for idolatry under the Noahide platform is decapitation. First against the Title and then in the physical. Author and ex Jesuit Malachi Martin has been accused of orchestrating the acceptance of this subversive snake by the Vatican elite during the Second Vatican Council.
The original idea of Idolatry has been overturned as a direct result of accepting Nostra Aetate, inverting the actual law for the placement of the fantasy born of the Canaanite priesthood.
Through the Vatican the Holy See operates as an intelligence network and uses the Jesuits, Knights of Malta, and Knights of Columbus to infiltrate intelligence agencies like the CIA, MI6 and MI5 and NSA. They are electronically spying on society and private enterprise and meddling in peoples personal lives to encourage people to become a contradiction to the Noahide platform and be judged… They work closely with the Talmudic Sanhedrin in Israel with Chief Sephardic Rabbi Yitzhak Yosef and Chief Ashkenazi Rabbi David Lau. Yosef and Lau are extremely active and work with the Cabalistic practitioner Esther Hayut the Chief Justice of Israel’s Supreme Court. The overriding priesthood commanding this Noahide platform is Chabad Lubavitch.
The Roman Rota also works with a covert Evangelical Council of Christian pastors in the United States with members like Franklin Graham and Joel Osteen. Members of the Supreme Court are also involved. Chief Justice and Jesuit adjunct faculty member at Georgetown University Law Centre, John Roberts, is head of the Supreme Court in the United States. Former New Zealand’s Chief Justice Sian Elias is involved and she is a member of the Queen Elizabeth II’s privy council. She has left the position and been succeeded by Helen Winkelmann. Baroness Brenda Hale of Richmond has just left the position of the United Kingdom’s President of the Supreme Court to be succeeded by Lord Robert Reed. They operate under Canon and Talmudic law and think they have the right to know every single detail about a person and use their massive intelligence networks to gather information on those they have declared as heretics. They do this in order to create a false sense of self righteousness as they go after anyone that opposes their corruption such is the power of the Roman system. They are completely corrupt and filled with self righteousness that falsely accuse and condemn innocent people that oppose their corruption.
We must grasp the insight offered in the last paragraph which tells us that whatever your denomination, the Roman system when operated according to the Gospels, is the western system, but when the system no longer represents the root of its existence, the entire machine becomes a monster. We must not throw the baby out with the bathwater if we indeed can retrieve our own foundation.
Members of the Roman Rota and the supreme courts are professional word wizards who are extremely ruthless and conniving when it comes to serving their masters. They are all false accusers and lying hypocrites and involved in framing their victims and getting paid to do it. They torture innocent people and then laugh about it.
The Canon, Talmudic, and Sharia law systems are today the same concept and used for condemnation on anyone who opposes their global medical dictatorship aims. If a person gets condemned under their secret courts they issue and finance persecution which often leads to death or imprisonment.
The persecution is often through the use of electronic weapons or directed energy weapons. Persecution is also carried out by paid members of the secret societies. The United States is currently under Canon and Talmudic jurisdiction which is why most Supreme Court Justices are Roman Catholic or Jewish. All Supreme Court justices are trained in either Canon law or Talmudic law. The British Crown manages Talmudic law which is covertly taught in law schools like Yale and Harvard which were issued by the British Crown. The British royal family run Talmudic law in the United States and use it to persecute those they have declared as outlaws. The word Rota means a wheel or rotary and is the real symbolism of the huge global conglomerate that is The Rotary Club.
The Theodoli family are the overseers of the Roman Rota and have a wheel on their coat of arms. The Odescalchi family is heavily involved in canon law and in the 19th century the Jesuit priest Carlo Odescalchi was an auditor of the Sacra Rota Romana. Cardinal Benedetto Erba-Odescalchi was a Canon priest. Today Prince Carlo Odescalchi has been made Rome’s top judge because he is a psychopath with an extreme god complex and as the old saying goes, there is nothing more dangerous than evil disguised as a pious religious figure. Scalchi refers to the scales which of course are a common symbol used for judicial systems.
The Giustinani family have married with the House family and Giusto means “good” or “just” like justice. Not being based in the Gospel todays Rota are issuing forth a false justice. The Giustiniani and Odescalchi families oversee judicial and justice systems in society. The Odescalchi and Pallavicini families manage covert weapon systems like HAARP, CERN, electronic weapons, and satellite radio weaponry. Maurice Monier is Pro-Dean of the Roman Rota today. Monier is similar to the Italian word Moneta which means money. These false judges involved in murder and persecution are paid very well to ruin the lives of people deemed in contradiction to the Noahide platform. This group is involved in ordering the persecution of hundreds of thousands and murder of tens of thousands of people across the globe.
