Here is the remedy you have to get notarised and sent into school, council’s, the Police, the NHS and any other creeping genocidal operation now on the doorstep.
The video below fully explains the document and how you copy, autograph and notarise the document you will create.
Important : I have now watched the video and noted I have not been clear on the notary requirement. When you get the document notarised it is essential you ask your solicitor to make three copies of it and then sign the copies to say that the copy is a genuine copy of the original. Sorry folks.
